AdsPilotLab is a software project focused on advertising analytics, reporting and workflow automation. This policy explains the categories of information that may be processed when the service is used or when a user connects a supported third-party platform.
Information we may process
Depending on the functionality being used, AdsPilotLab may process account identifiers, advertiser or campaign identifiers, reporting metrics, configuration information, authorization credentials, technical logs and basic account information required to provide the service.
How information is used
- to provide analytics, reporting and connected-account functionality;
- to communicate with supported third-party platforms through their APIs;
- to synchronize and organize reporting data requested by an authorized user;
- to maintain security, diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse;
- to respond to support and privacy requests.
Connected platforms
Where a supported platform provides an authorization flow, AdsPilotLab is designed to access connected resources only after the relevant user grants authorization. Users should connect only accounts and resources they are authorized to manage.
Credential handling
Platform credentials and application secrets are intended to be handled server-side and should not be exposed in client-side application code. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information processed by the service.
Data sharing
AdsPilotLab does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers where necessary to operate the software, or disclosed where required by applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality, maintain security records, satisfy legal requirements or support operational continuity. Requests relating to deletion or access can be submitted by email.

This policy may be updated as the product and its integrations evolve. The current version will be published on this page.
